TeleDNA had engaged Dr PS Ramkumar and his firm Apcogsys as early as 2017 to assist with validation of hypotheses around analytics for our new monitoring product under development, namely Cogniz. We used their services to assess several possibilities in machine learning, and they developed a prototype to operate with the early versions of Cogniz. This effort helped us gain valuable insights from the marketplace around functionalities that could be offered by TeleDNA in predictive network management.
